Ueno zoo on a rainy day

It was a humid August and it started raining, but I enjoyed the zoo very much. Bon Bon didn't, because animals aren't allowed...

This giant pandas are similar to Bon Bon. Or Bon Bon is similar to panda? Also, pandas are often named Chi Chi or Bao Bao etc.

I was going to post this picture a long time ago, but it completely slipped my mind! Hydrangea is the symbol of rainy season in Japan (June - July).

Bon Bon is still sleepy after a long ride in the car.

Bon Bon likes KFC

Bon Bon and Colonel Sanders. Both my husband and Chow Chow love KFC. As for me, I think it is unhealthy!

Gardens of Tokyo

I haven't got any new photos of Bon Bon yet, so I will just show you some interesting gardens.

Kyu-Shiba-Rikyu Gardens are situated in the center of Tokyo, not far from Tokyo tower. Feel the taste of Edo (1603-1868), says the leaflet.

I like Wisteria Trellis very much.

Naruto (whirlpool). Real Naruto whirlpools can be seen near Awaji island in Hyogo. We have already been there but couldn't see them.
