Cinnabon and Bon Bon

I LOVE Cinnabon. For me, nothing is better than the smell of fresh-baked dough and cinnamon, coupled with a nice cup of coffee. Biting Cinnabon is like biting a piece of happiness.
I wish Bon Bon had similar feelings for Cinnabon. But unfortunately he is on diet and is not allowed to eat sweets ^_^

Yawning Bon Bon

Our Chow likes to yawn. When Bon Bon wakes up, he yawns. When Bon Bon is sleepy, he yawns. And as he is almost always sleepy or sleeping, Bon Bon yawns pretty often.

Bon Bon's family

Our Chow was born in Canada, Vancouver. His grandmother was a world champion. But Bon Bon has a bad temper so he didn't participate in any contests.

Odaiba, Venus Fort and Totoro

Yesterday we took our Chow Chow to Odaiba. Bon Bon feels absolutely happy when he has a chance to stick his face out of the car window ^_^
We enjoyed staying in Venus Fort shopping center and taking nice photos with Totoro. "Tonari no Totoro" (となりのトトロ) or "My neighbor Totoro" is a famous Japanese animated film created by Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Gibli in 1988. It is still very, very popular!

Crepe shop with delicious smell. Dogs (wan-chan) are allowed! "Wan-chan" is the name for dogs in Japan, usually used by children or women.

My favorite 100 yen shop - classy Seria. Unfortunately, Bon Bon is not allowed to come in.

Bon Bon is a guardian

 Our Chow Chow is a good orusuban (guardian). When my husband is sleeping, Bon Bon always sleeps beside him.

Kin no Kokoro in Mori Garden

Recently we took our Bon Bon to Mori Garden in Roppongi hills. This stubborn Chow Chow was reluctant to take a photo near Golden heart (Kin no Kokoro). But at last he gave up...

Mori Garden is one of the attractions of Roppongi Hills just behind the Mori Tower and Grand Hyatt luxury hotel. Kin no Kokoro was created in the pond by Jean-Michel Othoniel in 2013. He made this permanent art installation to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Roppongi Hills.

Kobeya kitchen sweets

When we go to Hiroo, I always look at Kobeya kitchen sweets. That's what we bought last time.

We don't buy something at Kobeya kitchen often but that evening was special. On the way home after 8 p.m. we saw 30% discount sign and just couldn't resist!

Mille crepe with strawberry was fantastic. Even Bon Bon could not take his eyes (and actually tongue) off it ^_^

Azabu-Juban animals
